structure and leaders
Structure of Shincheonji Church of Jesus
Following we introduce the leaders of the church, as well as the general structure of Shincheonji Church of Jesus.
Just as Moses built the tabernacle according to God's instructions at that time, and Jesus did what he saw the Father do, the church structure of Shincheonji was created according to the promises of the New Testament.

Shincheonji is hierarchically structured and divided into 12 tribes. Each tribe consists of several congregations, each with a congregation leader and 24 elders (so-called department heads), who are responsible for administrative tasks and organize various activities as leaders of the congregation.
Within a congregation there are four groups: seniors, men's group, women's group and youth group.
Each of these groups has a leader who is available as a contact person for the members and especially supports them in their faith life.

Leader of the community
Here we introduce the leaders of the community and what their respective responsibilities are. Here, under each leader, a so-called "department" is formed, which consists of several community members, each of whom has a specific function within the community.

Assists the Township and its departments in all matters and is the overall supervisor of the Township.

Responsible for conducting approximately 9 months of Bible study, which is a basic requirement for becoming a member of the church.

Is the "heart" of the parish, where everything revolves around faith care, heart care, and personal concerns of parishioners.

Organizes ecumenism and union with congregations and associations to promote unity in the Word of God, organization, growth, youth ministry and attendance.

Responsible for heavenly prayers and songs. From the choir, to the band, to every instrument - the worship department offers thanks and glory to God and Jesus through voices and talents.

To show in reality what was seen and heard in the revelation is the task of the Culture Department.
Through videos, dance and art, we proclaim the culture of Shincheonji.

Responsible for internal and external public relations. Works with pressand media representatives to provide media representation for the community.

Takes care of all the technical systems of the municipality and public relations, for example through the websites.

Cares about the physical health of the community members.
As (sports) offers we organize regular training sessions of various sports and annual sports festivals.
